The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Operations Consultant to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.
As a Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What You'll Do
- Lead a high-performing Marketing Operations team, refining the target operating model to improve efficiency, scalability and delivery across both brands.
- Support planning and prioritisation across the Marketing & Growth function, partnering with Markets and Strategy teams to track progress and enable timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement and continuously improve processes, simplifying operations through automation and artificial intelligence.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Marketing Operations projects, including capability development, process enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Support Procurement with the assessment, onboarding and ongoing management of vendors and agencies, including renewals, relationship management, performance reviews and resource planning.
- Manage Marketing & Growth budgets across both brands, working with Markets to assess demand and with Finance to monitor expenditure and maintain financial control.
- Partner with Controls, Regulatory and Legal teams to fulfil internal and external governance, risk and compliance reporting requirements.

What You Bring
- 5-8 years' experience in Marketing Operations or a comparable operations-focused role, preferably within financial services, investment banking or investment management.
- Proven experience managing vendors and agencies, budgets, projects and operational delivery.
- Strong analytical mindset, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, executive-ready outputs.
- Demonstrable experience in process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Sound understanding of risk, controls and governance requirements, with the ability to work effectively with relevant control functions.
- Highly organised and self-motivated team player with strong time management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
