Marketing Operations Consultant - JP Morgan - London - 12 months contract - PAYE - ONSITE

Are you a Marketing Operations professional who enjoys bringing structure, efficiency and better ways of working to fast-growing teams?

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Consultant to join the Marketing & Growth team at JPMorgan Chase on an initial 12 months contract where you'll be supporting the continued growth of its digital banking business, Chase.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong operational and project delivery skills with commercial awareness, and who enjoys working across marketing, finance, procurement, controls and strategy to make things happen.

You'll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced environment where there's plenty of scope to improve processes, introduce automation, manage stakeholders and help shape how Marketing Operations works as the business continues to grow.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in helping the Marketing & Growth team operate effectively, with responsibilities including:

  • Supporting marketing planning and delivery, working with Markets and Strategy teams to track priorities and keep initiatives moving at pace.
  • Reviewing and improving marketing processes, identifying opportunities to simplify ways of working through automation, AI and smarter operating models.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors, agencies and suppliers, including onboarding, renewals, performance reviews and resource planning.
  • Taking ownership of end-to-end Marketing Operations projects, from defining requirements through to implementation and delivery.
  • Supporting the management of marketing budgets across two brands, partnering with Finance and business stakeholders to track demand, expenditure and forecasts.
  • Working with Controls, Regulatory and Legal teams to support governance, reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Producing clear, accurate and senior/executive-ready reporting and analysis to support decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
