Job Role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to help us take our lead generation operations to the next level. In this role, you’ll work closely with the demand operations team to optimize the execution and effectiveness of various lead campaigns. This is a great opportunity to make a significant contribution to our content marketing campaigns, helping to drive success for team-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our lead generation team on B2B content marketing campaigns
- Serve as project management support for a variety of marketing campaigns and projects
- Perform operational needs with a focus on ensuring campaign fulfillment requirements are met, including tasks like campaign setup across various platforms, quality assurance checks, daily queue monitoring, etc.
- Work closely with various internal teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign issues
- Identify recommendations for process improvements and work with management to implement them
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of best practices, documentation updates, and checklists to share with the team
- Provide general marketing operational support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities with great efficiency
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be self-motivated
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with any of the following platforms: Qualtrics, Workfront, Salesforce is a plus
