Your Role: Marketing Operations Coordinator

This is a 12-week fixed-term temporary role based in London – Leicester Square, within Global’s Brand Marketing Operations team.

You’ll provide organised, practical support across marketing campaigns, events, partnerships and day-to-day operations. You will help keep projects moving, information accurate and stakeholders informed, enabling the team to deliver great work for Global’s radio and podcast brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing activity: Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, initiatives and projects. Maintain project plans, trackers, schedules and status updates, ensuring deadlines and actions are clear.
  • Keep teams connected: Arrange meetings, coordinate diaries, prepare agendas, capture actions and follow up on outstanding tasks. Support clear communication across internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Support approvals and governance: Coordinate creative approvals and legal requests by collating information, preparing documentation, tracking progress and sharing timely updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage operational administration: Maintain shared process documents and team trackers. Support purchase orders, invoice processing, expenditure reconciliation and budget tracking in line with internal processes.
  • Coordinate shoots, events and partnerships: Assist with logistics for shoots, experiential activity, marketing partnerships and project meetings, including schedules, call sheets, location requirements, supplier and crew coordination, and stakeholder or talent liaison.
  • Support campaign reporting and improvement: Help plan and report on Outdoor advertising campaigns, including campaign photography and stakeholder updates. Support the team to test, document and embed approved AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency.
  • Provide flexible team support: Respond positively to changing priorities and carry out other reasonable duties that support the effective running of the Marketing function.

  • Built a clear understanding of the team’s priorities, processes and ways of working.
  • Kept project trackers, records, budgets and documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Provided reliable coordination for marketing activity, meetings, approvals, shoots or events.
  • Developed positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Helped the team deliver activity smoothly, with clear communication and timely follow-up.

  • Marketing or project coordination experience: Experience supporting marketing, events, operations or project activity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisation and attention to detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and meet competing deadlines.
  • Communication skills: Confidence working with a range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers, providing clear and timely updates.
  • Operational administration: Experience with project trackers, meeting administration, purchase orders, invoice processing or budget support is helpful.
  • Adaptability and initiative: A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and respond calmly to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative approach: A willingness to support a broad range of team activity and deliver high-quality work.
