At SEPHORA UK, beauty isn’t just what we sell - it’s who we are.

It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing ideas to life through impactful campaigns, this is your moment.

The Opportunity

As a freelancer in the Marketing Operations & Design Lead position, you’ll play a key role in bringing SEPHORA UK’s digital brand campaigns to life. Combining digital operations expertise with hands-on creative capability, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly across E-commerce, CRM, paid media and other digital channels.

Acting as the operational bridge between our Integrated Marketing and Commercial teams and external brand partners, you’ll manage campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, create and adapt compelling digital assets, and ensure every campaign meets SEPHORA’s brand standards, technical requirements and wider marketing priorities.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital brand campaigns across website, email, app, social and paid channels.
  • Act as the key operational link between Marketing, Commercial and external brand partners.
  • Manage the digital briefing and submission process, ensuring briefs are complete, accurate and delivered on time.
  • Create and adapt branded assets into visually compelling digital campaigns using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Work directly with brand partners to understand campaign requirements, source assets and provide guidance throughout delivery.
  • Partner with Design and Copy teams to ensure campaign materials meet SEPHORA’s creative and technical standards.
  • Maintain consistent brand storytelling and visual quality across every digital touchpoint.
  • Review briefs and assets for quality, accuracy and compliance with channel specifications.
  • Implement clear briefing templates and operational guidelines to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders, managing priorities and identifying potential delivery risks.
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Manager in aligning brand campaigns with the wider marketing calendar and available team resource.
  • Continuously improve campaign processes to support efficient, high-quality delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
