Marketing Operations & Enablement Senior Executive/Manager
A leading consultancy is seeking a Marketing Operations & Enablement Senior Executive/Manager to join its Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving operational efficiency across marketing and business development functions by streamlining processes, implementing automation and AI solutions, and driving continuous improvement through data-led decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing, communications, and commercial teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement more effective ways of working.
- Design, optimize, and embed scalable marketing and business development processes, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
- Drive the adoption of automation, workflow tools, and AI solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance campaign delivery.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure success, and recommend practical improvements.
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives, ensuring new systems, tools, and ways of working are successfully implemented and adopted.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, best practice guidance, and operational standards to support marketing and business development activity.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing operational support and contributing to the ongoing development of the marketing operations function.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in marketing operations, business development operations, process improvement, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of marketing workflows, campaign delivery, and operational best practice.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with experience using data, automation, and technology to improve efficiency and support business objectives. Experience with Microsoft 365 is essential, with knowledge of Power Platform, CRM, or marketing technology platforms advantageous.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement and supporting organizational change.
