We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations Executive to join our Clients & Markets team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting the smooth running of a fast-paced, collaborative function. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Marketing Operations team, you'll help coordinate key activities, support projects, improve processes and ensure the team has the information, systems and support needed to operate effectively.
The role would suit someone with strong coordination, administration or project support experience who enjoys bringing structure to complex activities, building relationships across teams and finding better ways of working. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of operational and strategic initiatives while contributing to the continued success of the Clients & Markets function.

Key Responsibilities
You'll provide operational and project support across the Clients & Markets team, helping to ensure activities, processes and projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting senior leaders with operational and administrative activities
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports and meeting materials
- Coordinating actions arising from meetings and tracking progress against agreed outcomes
- Maintaining project plans, activity trackers, dashboards and management reporting
- Supporting strategic projects through stakeholder coordination, communications and reporting
- Assisting with the administration and continuous improvement of Monday.com and other operational systems
- Supporting governance processes, compliance requirements and operational controls
- Maintaining accurate documentation, operating procedures and guidance materials
- Coordinating team meetings, workshops, training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities
- Supporting data collection, reporting and information management activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, simplify workflows and enhance service delivery across the function
- Managing confidential information appropriately and supporting a strong risk and compliance culture
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We're interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience in an operational support, project coordination, business support, team coordination or administration role
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach
- Confidence working independently and using initiative
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Experience maintaining reports, dashboards, trackers or management information
- Experience preparing presentations, documentation or stakeholder communications
- Confidence using technology platforms and adapting to new systems
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment

Desirable
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management, workflow or resource planning tools
- Experience using SharePoint or document management systems
- Exposure to process improvement, operational change or business transformation initiatives
- Experience working within a professional or legal services environment
