Marketing Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly organised Marketing Operations Executive to coordinate and deliver our day-to-day marketing activity.

Reporting to the MD and co-founder, external marketing partner, and wider team, you’ll keep activity moving, maintain high standards, and improve how our marketing is managed. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen and improving how work gets done.

What you’ll do

  • Own the marketing calendar and keep activity moving across content, campaigns, podcasts, and events.
  • Coordinate colleagues, external partners, and suppliers, managing briefs, inputs, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Improve the processes, templates, and workflows behind our marketing.
  • Adapt copy and produce polished, on-brand materials.
  • Deliver email and LinkedIn campaigns from scheduling through to follow-up.
  • Coordinate podcasts and events, including communications, materials, logistics, and CRM updates.
  • Track performance and use the data to improve future activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
