Marketing Operations Executive

Location: Manchester Science Park / Hybrid
Reports to: Head of Product Marketing
Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + pension, life assurance, private healthcare, free onsite parking at the office

About the Role

Novacyt is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support the smooth and effective delivery of our commercial marketing activities. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on ensuring marketing campaigns, customer communications, digital content and marketing processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.

You will play a key role in managing CRM data, coordinating campaign activity, maintaining website and portal content, supporting events and webinars, preparing marketing reports and administering marketing assets and documentation. You will also support the use of AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM data quality, customer records, mailing lists and campaign audiences.
  • Build, schedule and deploy marketing campaigns, landing pages and forms.
  • Update and maintain website content, product information and digital assets.
  • Coordinate customer communications, product updates and marketing materials.
  • Support marketing reporting, data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Organise events, congresses and webinars, including registrations and logistics.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, templates, approved assets and version control.
  • Support approved AI tools and workflows across marketing operations.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product, Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure activities are delivered in line with agreed processes and approvals.

You will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a methodical approach to managing data, systems and processes. Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience in a marketing, digital operations or administrative role.
  • Confidence working with CRM systems, customer databases and digital platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project-coordination skills.
  • Good numerical, analytical and data-validation abilities.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different teams.
  • An interest in marketing technology, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
