We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to join our team and help deliver outstanding digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the detail of marketing execution and wants exposure to a wide range of clients, sectors, platforms and campaigns.

You'll work across email marketing, websites, social media, reporting and campaign delivery, supporting clients that rely on us as an extension of their marketing teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Email Marketing

  • Build, test and deploy email campaigns
  • Segment and manage audiences
  • Conduct campaign testing and quality assurance
  • Monitor performance and optimise campaigns through testing and analysis

Website & Content Support

  • Upload and manage content across multiple CMS platforms
  • Support SEO implementation, including metadata, alt text and linking strategies
  • Ensure content meets accessibility and quality standards

Social Media & Creative

  • Create marketing graphics using Canva
  • Schedule and manage social media content
  • Support integrated campaign delivery across channels

Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyse campaign results and identify insights
  • Present data clearly and accurately for client review

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers, editors, designers and client directors
  • Support client approval processes
  • Help deliver campaigns on time and to the highest standard

What We're Looking For

Experience

We're open to candidates at different stages of their career, but you'll ideally have:

  • A degree in marketing or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
