Summary ๐Ÿ‘€

Broadcast.co is looking for an adaptable, technically minded Marketing Operations & Growth Specialist. Sitting between strategy and technical execution, you will be the engine room of our middle-of-the-funnel activity.

While our content team drives brand awareness and traffic, your job is to turn that attention into a qualified sales pipeline. Youโ€™ll design landing pages, build email sequences, set up automation flows, and proactively test growth ideas across our portfolio of SaaS and media tools.

If youโ€™re a hands-on builder who loves connecting tools, writing copy that converts, and constantly experimenting to see what works, then this role is for you.

Reporting: Head of Marketing & CMO.

Location: Manchester, UK - hybrid (commutable for office days).

Salary: ยฃ33,000 - ยฃ38,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Contract: Full-time, permanent.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Role Overview ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ

Take ownership of our conversion engine to ensure traffic becomes a qualified sales pipeline.

  • Campaign & Funnel Execution: Build and execute targeted nurture campaigns and conversion paths to turn inbound/outbound attention into pipeline.
  • Technical Ops: Set up, connect, and maintain marketing tools, automation tools, lead sequences, and CRM workflows.
  • Conversion Copywriting: Write persuasive direct response copy across landing pages, emails, and CTAs to drive measurable action.
  • Experimentation & Optimisation: Proactively run A/B tests on messaging, funnel steps, and user flows to fix drop-offs and improve MQL/SQL conversion.
  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to streamline lead scoring, qualification criteria, and lead handoff.

Responsibilities ๐Ÿฆบ

You will be a "builder-strategist" - combining technical execution with proactive experimentation to guide prospects from initial interaction to sales-ready leads.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
