What Will Your Day Look Like?

You’ll be based at a Siemens location in the UK, where we encourage office presence to help you learn, connect, and thrive. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week.

As a Marketing Operations Intern in the Global Marketing & Communications team, you’ll work on making marketing measurement and data-driven decisions part of everyday life for our Marketing professionals across the globe.

Your role will include:

  • Learning all things analytics and measurement in the global Siemens Marketing & Communications team.
  • Becoming an expert in middle to lower funnel (demand) marketing measurement, planning tooling and dashboards.
  • Leading stakeholder enablement on planning tooling and marketing measurement to help stakeholders across the business make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Helping to identify and drive key dashboard development needs.
  • Supporting marketing decisions with data to deliver real value: Explore data to identify trends, opportunities, and growth areas, sharing insights with the marketing team.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, if you’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.

  • Applicants working towards a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a relevant subject.
  • Confident presenting to large groups and answering questions on your topic of expertise.
  • Intermediate/advanced level Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • Some video editing experience or willingness to learn.
  • Analytical with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent Team Player whilst maintaining an independent perspective.
  • Great all-round communications skills.
