About the Job
Sculpted by Aimee Cosmetics is an Irish makeup brand founded in late 2016 by makeup artist Aimee Connolly. After years of experience working within the industry Aimee was passionate about creating products she felt were missing from the market, all in line with her ethos of making makeup easier.
When Aimee started Sculpted, she wanted to do things differently and make makeup with a clean conscience. So, she is proud to say that Sculpted products are cruelty-free and always have been. They are also 100% vegan and Leaping Bunny approved which is the international gold standard for cruelty-free consumer products.
Ten years later, Sculpted by Aimee has become one of Ireland’s top makeup brands, trusted to provide cruelty-free coverage that complements every look. The brand has grown phenomenally during its initial years and has launched 150+ SKUs to date. Now in its seventh year Sculpted by Aimee continues to expand into new markets and launch into new retailers.
Due to this exciting growth Sculpted by Aimee is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our growing Marketing Team.
As our Marketing Operation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the Sculpted by Aimee’s brand across global markets.
The Marketing Operations Lead is a senior, highly organised marketing operator responsible for turning strategy into action across the full marketing function. Sitting close to the Marketing Director, this role will help run the daily mechanics of the team, ensuring strategic plans are clear, timelines are realistic, approvals move efficiently, and every channel is working from one joined-up view of priorities.
This person will be the go-to lead for marketing process, planning, prioritisation, and cross-functional coordination. They will bring structure to a fast-moving environment, keep teams accountable for delivery, identify bottlenecks early and ensure that campaigns, launches, retail activations, and commercial moments are executed with clarity, pace, and consistency.
The role requires someone who can balance strong commercial thinking with excellent operational discipline. They will work across Brand, Creative, CRM, Social, Paid Media, Partnerships, Influencer, Community, Retail, Product, Ecommerce, and Commercial teams to make sure the customer experiences one cohesive Sculpted brand across every touchpoint.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
