The role
As our Marketing and Operations Lead, you will play a central role in driving strategic planning and operational excellence across Dojo’s B2B marketing organisation. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Communications and collaborating closely with leadership across Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing, you’ll help shape integrated plans, streamline workflows, and ensure we execute on our ambitious growth goals.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role based in our London office, offering the chance to spearhead high-impact campaigns and transformation initiatives. If you are a proactive problem solver who excels at connecting teams, optimising processes, and turning strategy into measurable momentum, this is an exciting opportunity to shape how we work and scale.
What You Will Do...
- Support marketing leadership in defining and executing strategic initiatives across demand generation, channel marketing, and brand leadership.
- Partner with Finance, Data, and marketing leads to define targets and OKRs, manage budgets, and measure overall impact.
- Lead the operational cadence and leadership meetings to review progress against OKRs, facilitate alignment, and unblock key initiatives.
- Coordinate high-priority integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and field marketing to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive operational efficiency by improving internal processes and embedding best-in-class marketing technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to align priorities, maintain robust governance, and amplify marketing's impact across Dojo.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
