Marketing & Operations Manager

We're looking for an AI-native marketer who uses AI tools to produce far more than people working manually. You'll run VisibleIQ's marketing across YouTube, LinkedIn and X, build your own audience as part of our content team, and run the operations that keep the agency on track, working directly with the founder.

About VisibleIQ

VisibleIQ is an organic growth agency for B2B SaaS and AI-native companies, built for the AI search era. We help companies grow through SEO, content, social, reviews and digital PR.

We're a small team that runs on AI. Every process we build is designed so one capable person, working with AI, produces what used to take several.

The Role

The Marketing & Operations Manager exists to grow VisibleIQ's audience and keep the agency running smoothly, so the founder can focus on clients, sales and strategy.

You work directly with the founder. He decides what matters; you make it happen. About 60% of your time is marketing: YouTube, LinkedIn, X, lead magnets and your own personal brand. About 40% is operations: SOPs, project tracking, client blog drafts, managing our link builder and video editor, and admin.

The role is AI-native by default. You use AI tools for research, production, reporting and automation, so you produce many times the output of someone working manually. When a task repeats, your first question is how AI can do most of it.

This is not a task-taking assistant seat, and it's not a content-only role. You own outcomes. You handle whatever the business needs, from building a lead magnet to sorting an invoice, and you bring the founder decisions, not unresolved problems. As we grow, you'll help roll out what works for VisibleIQ to our clients.

Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Study the best creators and agencies in each channel, work out why their content performs, and build VisibleIQ's version as a written playbook.
  • Run YouTube production end to end: research, titles, thumbnails, outlines, assets, editor coordination and upload, so every video is ready before the founder records.
  • Create the right content for each channel: what works on YouTube is different from LinkedIn and X, and you know the difference.
  • Run our LinkedIn and X output, from visuals to scheduling to weekly performance reviews.
  • Repurpose our content for Threads, Instagram and our LinkedIn pages.
  • Turn what resonates with our audience into a steady flow of lead magnets, from idea to distribution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your own brand

  • Build your own presence on LinkedIn and X as part of the VisibleIQ content team, posting regularly about what you're learning and building.
  • Use your audience to support VisibleIQ's reach, and bring the lessons back into our playbooks.

Operations

  • Write and maintain an SOP for every recurring process, so nothing depends on the founder explaining it twice.
  • Keep one tracker of everything in progress, and send a weekly brief showing what's done, what's late and what needs the founder.
  • Manage our link builder and video editor against clear deadlines.
  • Produce first drafts of client blog posts using our AI content workflow, ready for the founder's review.
  • Handle admin and any task the founder hands over: research, setting up tools, documents, invoices and follow-ups.
  • Find recurring problems, fix the immediate issue, and put a process in place so it doesn't happen again.

AI and automation

  • Use AI agents to build the workflows, templates and automations that multiply our output.
  • Turn every repeated task into a documented, AI-assisted process, and measure the time it saves.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing, content or operations for an agency, creator or SaaS company.
  • Work you personally produced, with results you can show.
  • Experience managing a content calendar, freelancers or deadlines end to end.
  • You use AI daily and have built something real with it: a workflow, automation, tool or system, not just prompts in a chatbot.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents such as Claude Code or Codex, or automation tools such as n8n or Make.
  • Good taste: you know great content when you see it, and you notice when AI output isn't good enough.
  • Comfortable building a public profile on LinkedIn and X.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Each month, VisibleIQ produces more with less manual work, because of the AI workflows you've built.

Our Values

  • Show the work. Proof beats promises.
  • Own the outcome. The result is yours, not just the task.
  • Move fast. Today, not next week.

How to Apply

Apply here on LinkedIn and answer the screening questions. Shortlisted candidates will be asked for links to work they personally produced and a 3–5 minute video showing something they built or improved using AI: what it was like before, what they changed, the tools they used and the result.
