Permanent role
Looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, pace and consistency to a growing marketing function. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, working closely with leadership, sales and delivery and reporting directly to the CEO.
What you'll own:
- Marketing operations, processes and planning
- Campaign coordination from idea through to delivery and measurement
- End-to-end operations of The Company Doctor podcast
- Roundtables, webinars, client and industry events
- HubSpot — CRM, automation, segmentation, email journeys, reporting and sales alignment
- Marketing materials using Canva, PowerPoint and similar tools
- Performance, reporting and marketing insight

- Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience — essential
- Broad B2B marketing experience
- Excellent project and marketing operations skills
- Campaign and event experience
- Strong Canva and PowerPoint skills
- Confidence with data, reporting and marketing metrics
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
