Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager

up to £65,000 + bonus
London (2 days a week in the office)
Large consultancy firm

This isn't a standard Marketing Operations role. You'll play a crucial role in coordinating and streamlining processes for the rest of the team.

Our client, an award-winning analytics and advisory consultancy is looking for someone who can step back from the day-to-day and see the bigger picture: where teams are losing time, where processes are creaking, and where automation or AI can genuinely move the needle.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position for someone who's operated at a larger organisation, where marketing and BD functions are more complex, more matrixed, and where process discipline actually matters. You'll need to have seen how things work (and break) at scale to spot the fixes here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
