What You'll Do

  • Own marketing planning, capacity and goal tracking — a single source of truth that flags drift early.
  • Drive campaigns idea → done across branches via a repeatable process.
  • Clean up marketing-side of HubSpot so the team can create new campaigns and email workflows self-served.
  • Make the Sales lead handoff clear, consistent and dashboard-reported.
  • Make marketing analytics trusted in/out – reconciled numbers, agreed attribution.
  • Implement change across teams and make systems stick, even against resistance.

About You

  • 2+ years in ops, project/program coordination, or being the person who kept things organized.
  • Highly self-organized – thinks in checklists/roadmaps, comfortable with complex Notion.
  • Proven at implementing change and overcoming resistance.
  • Proven at turning a complex, messy thing into a system.
  • B2B marketing experience (ops or IC): understands acquisition, funnels, MQL/SQL.
