About the Role
The Marketing Operations Manager is an operations and delivery-focused role responsible for providing the structure, governance and coordination that underpin Sidara's global marketing and communications function. The role oversees budgeting, procurement, reporting, platform management and project delivery, ensuring activities are effectively managed, measurable and aligned with business objectives.

Acting as the operational hub of the team, the role leads major cross-functional initiatives, supports continuous improvement across workflows and systems, and partners closely with campaign, communications, digital and creative colleagues to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and consistently across the group.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of strategic marketing and communications initiatives across Sidara.
- Manage project plans, timelines, approvals and stakeholder communications.
- Serve as project lead for major programs including the Annual Report, employee communications programs and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Introduce and maintain clear workflows, processes and governance frameworks that improve efficiency and visibility.
- Support resource planning and prioritization across the team.
Budget, Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage the Marketing & Communications budget, forecasting and expenditure tracking.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, contracts and supplier relationships.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement and Legal teams to support approvals and contract processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and financial procedures.

Platforms & Operational Support
- Manage OpenAsset and other core marketing, digital asset management and collaboration platforms, including the firm's intranet.
- Maintain documentation, user guidance and platform governance.
- Support the adoption and continuous improvement of marketing systems and processes.
- Promote effective management and reuse of approved content, assets and resources.
Reporting & Performance
- Consolidate reporting across campaigns, digital channels, communications and events.
- Develop dashboards and regular performance reports that demonstrate marketing impact.
- Support campaign measurement, KPI tracking and ROI reporting.
- Provide insights that help inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualification / Skills Required
- 5-8 years' experience in marketing operations, project management, business operations or a similar discipline.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement processes and vendor relationships.
- Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with reporting, analytics and performance measurement.
- Experience with OpenAsset, DAM, CMS or similar content and asset management platforms.
- Understanding of the AEC industry.
