The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Build, QA, schedule, deploy, and monitor SMS campaigns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and deployment schedules across multiple departments.
  • Support audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and engagement.

  • Support the creation and deployment of marketing content across multiple channels, including paid media, email, SMS, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns designed to engage fans, season ticket members, and partners.
  • Write and adapt compelling email and SMS copy that supports campaign objectives, aligns with brand standards, and drives fan engagement, lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Serve as a liaison between Brand Marketing, Ticket Sales & Service, Digital Product, Corporate Partnerships, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage deliverables, and maintain a consistent brand voice across communications.
  • Analyze fan data, campaign performance metrics, and engagement reports to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and make recommendations that improve marketing and sales outcomes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies, fan journeys, audience behavior, and marketing technology platforms to effectively support both business and brand objectives.
  • Support special projects, department initiatives, and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities while proactively communicating updates, identifying risks, and navigating shifting deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
