Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.

The Creative & Marketing organization brings Snap’s brand to life in culture and partners closely across the business and with external collaborators to deliver creative excellence at scale. Within that, the Brand team exists to ignite the Snapchat brand to drive culture and growth. The team leads some of the most foundational work across the business, including brand strategy and positioning, brand platforms and campaigns, brand storytelling, stewardship, core narratives, toolkits, and the systems that help keep Snapchat consistent across channels and markets.

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our International Marketing team. This role is a key operational partner, helping ensure our marketing organization runs efficiently by supporting critical processes across Marketing, Creative, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.

Reporting into the Marketing Operations lead, you'll own and coordinate a broad range of operational, administrative, and project management responsibilities that enable the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders across a global organization.

What you’ll do:

Marketing Operations & Project Support

  • Partner with the Marketing Operations lead to drive operational excellence across multiple marketing workstreams.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support to the Senior Director of International Marketing and Global Brand Team.
  • Support planning and execution of high priority cross-functional marketing projects, including coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in developing campaign wrap-up materials and coordinating marketing reporting with cross-functional partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
