Marketing Business Partner
Dalkia Engineering is a leading Tier 1 Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering contractor, delivering complex, technically demanding projects across healthcare, nuclear, defence, government and infrastructure sectors.

We're looking for a self-motivated Marketing Business Partner to support our Business Development and Work Winning teams, developing marketing content and collateral that support our growth plans and promotion of our services. Your enthusiastic approach will help generate new business opportunities and build our profile and credibility across the sectors we operate in.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop case studies and other content showcasing successful M&E projects and partnerships to build credibility and demonstrate the value of our services
- Use multiple channels, including social media, press releases and success stories — to showcase our track record of delivering complex M&E projects across a range of sectors
- Develop thought leadership content on our technical capability and sustainability credentials, including blog posts, event content and social media
- Manage tender procurement portals and communicate information flows to the wider Business Development team as part of the tender response process
- Help establish “go to market” opportunities and presentations with the Business Development team
- Adapt marketing assets to suit different target audiences and locations
- Maintain accurate records of activity, tasks, calls and opportunities within the CRM
What We're Looking For
- Evidence of successful marketing and communications initiatives
- Understanding and experience of social media channels for B2B communication and marketing
- An eye for detail, with excellent grammar and proofreading skills
- A creative thinker, able to read a brief and elaborate on it, working closely with technical and project teams
- Strong copywriting skills
- Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate projects and hit deadlines
- A genuine interest in the M&E, engineering and construction sector

Qualifications
Essential
- A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field
- Evidence of successful marketing and communications initiatives
- Understanding and experience of social media channels for B2B communication and marketing
- Confidence using Microsoft software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable
- Design skills, with the ability to create engaging content using Canva or similar software
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce advantageous)
- A genuine interest in the M&E, engineering, construction or infrastructure sectors
- Experience working within a Tier 1 contracting or engineering business
