The role

This role will manage and grow relationships with supplier partners, developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. The role will own partner accounts and campaigns end-to-end, working closely with Buying, Trading, CRM, Brand, and Creative teams while identifying new opportunities to grow supplier marketing revenue.

This is a Part-time role, 2.5 days per week, including 2 office days. Fixed-term contract until February 2027.

A day in the life of a Marketing Partnerships Lead at N Brown

Campaign management:

  • Drive growth of supplier partnerships, collaborating across the business to engage existing suppliers and deliver commercial growth.
  • Build marketing proposals for suppliers detailing activity and aligning to their budgets across multiple media channels (email, app, online, social, and print).
  • Brief proposed marketing activations to internal creative teams, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
  • Update trade and CRM teams, ensuring they are aligned and updated on agreed marketing plans, key dates, and campaign objectives to deliver a seamless execution.
  • Track, manage, and measure performance of campaigns, producing post-campaign reviews and insights.
  • Take ownership of supplier meetings and accounts, managing a portfolio of partners to build strong relationships and deliver joint marketing plans.
  • Expand the supplier media estate, exploring new channels and touchpoints to enhance the partner experience and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Support major retail events such as Black Friday, Bank Holidays, and Peak trading periods to ensure cohesive execution across Buying, Trading, Marketing, and Creative.
  • Work closely with Brand teams to align marketing activity with seasonal communications plans.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong commercial awareness
  • High levels of attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Skilled at building and maintaining cross-functional relationships
  • Strong Excel skills and analytically minded
  • Ability to engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • A degree in marketing or a related discipline is desirable but not essential
