Marketing and Partnerships Executive
One Mortgage System (OMS) is a leading CRM & Originations platform designed for mortgage brokers and lenders. We’re passionate about delivering innovative solutions that simplify workflows, enhance productivity, and support our clients’ success. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing and Partnerships Executive to join our team.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing & Partnerships Executive to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and partnership initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The successful candidate will build and nurture relationships with partners, customers, and industry stakeholders while helping to strengthen OMS's market presence and create new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Build and send HTML email campaigns from scratch in OMS brand style (Mailchimp experience preferred)
- Manage list segmentation, automation journeys, and UTM tracking
- Ensure every send is GDPR and PECR compliant, with careful proofing before anything goes out
- Produce client communications such as price changes, product updates, survey promotions, and award voting drives
Content and Design
- Create social graphics, videos, and print assets in Canva and Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Express)
- Produce sales collateral for BDMs: brochures, one-pagers, pricing documents, pull-up banners, boards, signage, and event materials
- Build and manage company email signatures through Exclaimer
- Keep all output consistent with OMS brand guidelines

Social Media
- Own the OMS LinkedIn page, from content planning to posting and tagging colleagues and partners
- Oversee Facebook and TikTok presence
- Plan recurring campaigns and ability to support paid social on LinkedIn and Meta if needed
Website
- Manage the OMS website in WordPress and Elementor: blogs, PR, Meet the Team, and new pages
- Lead website rebuilds and redesigns, applying basic SEO principles
Partnerships and Integrations
- Act as day-to-day contact for integration partners, keeping open lines of communication
- Drive adoption of integrations through launch announcements, emails, social assets, and co-marketing
- Learn each new integration and create user guides that explain it in OMS brand style
- Find new ways to improve and grow partner relationships, including referral and revenue-share arrangements
- Plan and promote partner webinars, coming up with topics and reaching out to partners to co-host
Events and Sponsorships
- Organize OMS events from start to finish: venue, speakers, sponsors, attendee comms, and on-the-day delivery
- Manage exhibitions and conferences, making sure BDMs know where they need to be, have hotels booked, and have merchandise and stand materials
- Manage sponsorships in both directions: when partners sponsor OMS events and when OMS sponsors publication and industry events, including filling tables and handling comms
- Organize internal events such as team socials and the Christmas party

Publications, PR, and Awards
- Manage relationships with trade publications and awards organizers, including paid e-shots, banners, and media packages
- Support PR agency with story ideas, press releases, and approvals, and track PR coverage
- Write award entries and gather the information and evidence needed from across the business
Sales Support
- Call and email website leads to complete the fact find, then hand qualified leads to BDMs
- Join daily catch-ups with the sales team and keep marketing and sales aligned
- Build and manage forms for lead capture, surveys, and questionnaires, and connect them to our wider systems
User Guides and Product Knowledge
- Develop a working understanding of both the CRM and originations sides of the OMS platform
- Create clear, branded user guides for features, clients, and integrations
Reporting
- Report monthly on email, social, website (Google Analytics), events, and campaign performance
- Present findings and recommendations to the MD and the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
Admin and Support
- Provide general admin support to the CEO, MD, BDMs, and the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
- Help with internal comms and the company intranet as needed
