Job Summary

NQA is seeking a Marketing Performance Executive to join our Marketing team and help drive the effectiveness of our campaigns, customer journeys and lead generation activity. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in monitoring marketing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the conversion of leads into business opportunities. This is a hybrid role, based in Dunstable.

NQA provides accredited certification, training and support services to help customers improve processes, performance and products and services. We have issued over 50,000 certificates to clients in over 90 countries resulting in a yearly revenue of around 100 million Euro. NQA was acquired by Kiwa in 2024, a global leader in the Testing, Inspecting and Certification (TIC) sector, based in the Netherlands.

About The Role

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance across campaigns, channels and customer journeys, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Produce regular performance reports covering key measures such as leads, opportunities and wins, ensuring accurate campaign tracking and data quality.
  • Analyse data from CRM, marketing automation, website analytics, paid media and campaign platforms to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Support the review and optimisation of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) activity with external agencies.
  • Support lead scoring, segmentation and nurture activity within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Review landing pages, forms, campaigns and email journeys to identify drop-off points and recommend improvements to conversion.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to evaluate lead quality, follow-up and conversion outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across marketing systems, processes, reporting and performance.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience monitoring and reporting on marketing performance across digital channels and campaigns.
  • Good understanding of how marketing activity contributes to lead generation and sales opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is desirable.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation, nurture journeys, PPC and conversion optimisation is desirable.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is desirable.
  • Experience with Excel, dashboards or data visualisation tools is desirable.
