About TM Forum

TM Forum is a global alliance of more than 850 communications service providers, vendors, hyperscalers and system integrators, together generating US$2 trillion in revenue and serving five billion customers across 180 countries. We unite these diverse communities to drive end-to-end change, putting the sector at the heart of the global connected economy and providing an open platform for innovation and growth.

Role overview

Your role is to own the measurement, insight, and optimization engine for Marketing. You will lead ownership and optimization of Marketing reporting; own campaign UTM tracking and governance; and work collaboratively with Marketing stakeholders to turn reporting data into actionable marketing insights and recommendations.

You will also collaborate with the broader Marketing team to standardize and optimise Marketing processes, to ultimately drive Marketing performance and ROI.

Key responsibilities

Reporting and insights

  • Own the end-to-end measurement strategy across Marketing channels, aligning campaign goals with metrics and ongoing reporting.
  • Publish standardized weekly and monthly reporting that links campaign and channel activity to results and ROI. Translate findings into actionable marketing insights that inform plans and budgets.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to support annual planning, target setting, forecasting, and performance modelling across pipeline, revenue, registrations, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards for all Marketing channels so marketers can self-serve core questions without Marketing Operations support.
  • Explore opportunities for prompt-based reporting using AI Models, enabling the broader Marketing team to access tailored insights through language-based queries.
  • Deliver actionable week-on-week insights on the performance of ongoing Marketing campaigns vs goals/benchmarks, allowing ongoing re-investment in successful approaches.
  • Build, monitor and improve MQL/SQL reporting in Salesforce, partnering with Inside Sales to ensure they have clear, timely insight into Marketing-qualified leads and the context they need to prioritise and contact them effectively.
  • Maintain our universal UTM tracking and governance. Ensure parameters remain standardized, validate usage, train the team, and monitor adherence and quality over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
