Marketing Planner
We are looking for a Marketing Planner, you’ll play an important role in supporting the marketing team with the planning, coordination, and execution of different marketing projects and campaigns. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to make sure projects run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver great results.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with different teams, and being involved in a variety of marketing activities. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing planning while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including product launches, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, marketing channels, compliance and commercial, to develop project briefs and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conducting research and analysis to support marketing strategies and provide insights for decision-making. Assisting in managing marketing budgets, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Supporting the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to marketing projects.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver detailed post-campaign analysis which can be used to improve future campaigns.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Marketing Planning or the Director of Marketing Operations.

You’re a great match for this role if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role (internship experience may be considered).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms is a plus.
- Understanding or experience of Sportsbook betting is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
