Web Technical Specialist

Our client is looking for a Web Technical Specialist to optimise and govern their multilingual web platforms, primarily built on Adobe Experience Manager. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile web projects within a global technology environment, supporting continuous improvements and ensuring seamless content management across multiple locales.

This is a six month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in London. Day rate equivalent of £90k salary pro-rata

In this role you will:

  • Configure and support technical web platform setups, including templates, components, and integrations
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for developers and stakeholders
  • Support and validate web releases, ensuring content accuracy and platform reliability
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to AEM, including rendering, permissions, workflows, and publishing
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and creative teams to optimise platform performance and governance standards

To be successful, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) in an enterprise setting
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including dispatcher and replication
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience supporting multi-locale implementations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with marketing and technical teams
  • Experience in supporting DAM systems and implementing governance policies
