Marketing Platforms Web Technical Specialist
Location: Bishops Gate — Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support and optimise enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for web templates, components and functionality.
- Review and test new components and functionality before production release.
- Support technical execution of web releases and content publishing.
- Manage AEM governance, authoring standards and publishing processes.
- Troubleshoot complex AEM issues including rendering, permissions, workflows, replication and publishing errors.
- Support multilingual and multi-locale web implementations.
- Optimise AEM workflows, Content Fragments, MSM and other platform capabilities.
- Work with DAM and other web platform integrations.
- Create technical documentation, playbooks and governance guidelines.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing and creative stakeholders to deliver reliable web solutions.

Required Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including replication and Dispatcher behaviour.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience supporting multilingual and multi-locale implementations.
- Experience working with enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Strong understanding of AEM authoring, publishing and workflow processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technically precise documentation.

Technical Environment
- Adobe: AEM 6.x, AEM Workflows, Content Fragments, MSM, DAM, Dispatcher.
- Web: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Templates and Components.
- Analytics & Personalisation: Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics.
- Delivery: Agile/Scrum, sprint-based development and release management.
Desirable
- Adobe Experience Manager Developer or Architect certification.
- Experience working closely with IT teams within Agile delivery environments.
- Experience with Adobe Target and experimentation workflows.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics implementations.
- Exposure to AI solutions used to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Strong technical documentation and enablement experience.
