About The Role

Our client is focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences, with technology and advertising platforms designed to connect customers with relevant content while maintaining high standards of privacy, trust, and performance.

As a Web Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical configuration, governance, and optimisation of multilingual web platforms, including a Content Management System (CMS) built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and other platform integrations.

Working closely with marketing, creative, and technology teams, you will translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and support the delivery of high-quality web experiences across multiple markets and locales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technically precise specifications for web templates, components, and platform functionality.
  • Define requirements, review component behaviour, and validate new builds before they are made available for content authoring.
  • Support the technical execution and governance of web releases, ensuring content is published accurately and performs as intended in production.
  • Implement and optimise web solutions across AEM and associated platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues, including rendering inconsistencies, permissions, workflow behaviour, and publishing errors.
  • Establish and maintain technical governance standards across multilingual web platforms.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and technology stakeholders to improve authoring and publishing processes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise platform structures, workflows, and processes to enable faster and more efficient web delivery.
  • Leverage AEM capabilities such as workflows, Content Fragments, and Multi Site Manager (MSM) to improve platform performance and usability.
  • Create clear technical documentation, playbooks, and governance guidelines to support platform adoption and consistency.
  • Contribute to initiatives that use AI and automation to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
