Trace2o is looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing & Product Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a hands-on role with a real opportunity to make an impact. You'll be working across our website, product marketing, brochures and datasheets, social media and wider marketing activity – helping us communicate what we do and the products we supply to customers around the world.
What you'll be doing:
Marketing Collateral
- Creating and maintaining product brochures, datasheets, presentations and other sales materials
- Ensuring product information is accurate, clear and professionally presented
- Developing content for new products and product updates
Website
- Continuing the development and improvement of the Trace2o website
- Updating product pages, images, downloads and technical information
- Improving website content, navigation and customer experience
- Supporting SEO and keeping the site fresh and commercially focused

Social media & content
- Managing and developing our social media presence, particularly LinkedIn
- Creating engaging content around our products, projects, customers, people and industry
- Turning technical information and company activity into content that people actually want to read
- Planning and scheduling regular content
Wider marketing & commercial support
- Supporting exhibitions, events and campaigns
- Creating customer-facing presentations and materials
- Supporting email marketing and communications
- Assisting with tenders and other commercial documentation when required
- Researching competitors, markets and industry developments
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
You'll ideally have experience in marketing, content creation, product marketing or a similar role, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to turn technical information into clear, engaging content.

Experience with Wix, website management, SEO and graphic/design tools would be beneficial, but we're more interested in finding someone who is capable, curious and willing to learn.
You don't need to be a technical expert – you'll learn our products and industry along the way.

Hours: 2.5 days per week
Location: Thatcham, Berkshire
Salary: £29,000 FTE (£14,500 pro rata)
