Role: Product Specialist - UK
For our entity in the United Kingdom, we are looking for a Product Specialist to reinforce our Marketing department. This is a permanent full-time position home based.
As Product Specialist for the UK market, you will support the Marketing division in the development and the implementation of strategic selling plans for this region. You will take the lead on specific projects by working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies to ensure perfect execution.

Responsibilities:
- Support the UK Product Manager in execution of the affiliate marketing plan for existing brands, and support development of new product launches in the pipeline
- Execute the day-to-day marketing, communications, and administrative tasks to contribute to the promotion of Flen Health's brands and to the communication plan to raise brands’ visibility and awareness
- Work collaboratively with the wider commercial teams to ensure optimal implementation of the marketing strategy within the field
- Develop the necessary promotional tools and content to support the sales teams and work collaboratively on any localization of materials- working with third parties where necessary
- Support the creation of digital marketing projects in line with the marketing strategy
- Coordinate the organization and promotion of events and congresses calendar including internal, external and digital events- working with third parties where necessary
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and report on market developments and publications in order to optimize the communication plan
- Attend relevant local seminars, roadshows and conferences to keep knowledge updated on wound care trends and developments and generate reports for ROI
- Assist the Commercial management team in the organization and execution of internal sales kick-off conferences- presenting on projects and supporting workshops

Qualifications & Experience:
- Recognized qualification (Diploma/bachelor’s degree) in a Life science or Marketing
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Within the wound care or healthcare market would be desirable but not necessity
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English
- Customer-oriented: able to explore clients’ needs by being out in the field with the sales team or at events
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot would also be desirable
- Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to implement and take ownership of new projects
- Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization through cross functional teams
- Willing to travel nationally, including overnight stays (up to 30% of working time)
