Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Production Designer to create marketing materials our operator partners use to promote our games. This is a production-focused role responsible for delivering large volumes of high-quality assets across multiple game launches while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and speed.
The ideal candidate excels in structured workflows, enjoys creating and adapting assets at scale, and takes pride in producing polished deliverables with exceptional attention to detail. While creativity plays a role, success in this position is driven by execution, efficiency, and a commitment to quality.
What You’ll Do
- Create and deliver comprehensive Marketing Asset Packages for new game launches, including:
- Static promotional assets, banners, and key art adaptations
- Static and animated game tiles
- Promotional videos and motion graphics assets
- Game information sheets and supporting marketing materials
- Produce high volumes of marketing assets across multiple titles while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
- Adapt existing creative concepts into various formats, dimensions, and platform-specific specifications
- Follow established templates, design systems, and production workflows to ensure consistency across all deliverables
- Prepare, package, and quality-check final assets for distribution to customers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Creative teams to ensure assets align with launch objectives, brand standards, and business needs
- Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and version control practices
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, automation, and team efficiency

What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality-control skills
- Ability to manage repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent projects
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to interpret creative direction and execute independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to balance speed, efficiency, and quality
- A process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, marketing asset creation, or a similar role
- Experience creating high volumes of digital marketing assets, including banners, display ads, game tiles, social content, and promotional materials
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Experience creating motion graphics and editing short-form promotional videos
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and digital asset preparation
- Experience working with templates, design systems, brand guidelines, and asset libraries
- Familiarity with gaming, digital entertainment, or similar consumer-facing industries is an asset
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and collaboration

Nice to Have
- Experience supporting multi-market or international marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with localization workflows and regional asset adaptation
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools and production workflows
- Knowledge of asset management and creative workflow platforms
Success in This Role Looks Like
In your first year, success will look like:
- Consistently delivering complete marketing asset packages on time for every game launch
- Maintaining a high level of quality and brand consistency across a large volume of deliverables
- Minimizing production errors and reducing rework through strong attention to detail
- Managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
- Contributing ideas and process improvements that increase team productivity and scalability
