About the Role
As a member of our EMEA Regional Marketing team based in Munich, you'll play a key role in our journey towards becoming a more global, customer-centric marketing organization. The Marketing Program Specialist will support the execution of impactful field marketing activities across Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH), and the wider EMEA region, driving brand visibility, generating leads, and creating memorable customer experiences through events and campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and other business functions throughout Germany and across Europe.
What You'll Do
- Support and execute the annual events program to strengthen Malvern Panalytical's brand and customer engagement across Germany and the DACH region.
- Drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and nurturing programs that deliver measurable business growth (MQLs, Opportunities, Revenue).
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver locally relevant German language campaigns, events, product demonstrations, and customer-focused initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of key industry exhibitions, scientific conferences, customer seminars, workshops, and user meetings across Germany and Central Europe.
- Ensure marketing programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining GDPR and compliance standards.
- Monitor, forecast, and report on marketing performance, optimizing tactics across webinars, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Contribute to the professional image of Malvern Panalytical and positively influence customer satisfaction.
About You
- Education: BA or BS degree required, Master's or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years in B2B marketing, with proven success in events, demand generation, and sales enablement.
- Experienced in data-driven marketing strategy, planning, and budget allocation.
- Strong communicator, able to influence stakeholders across local, regional, and global levels.
- Culturally agile, with the ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Knowledge of trends in B2B marketing.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Experience managing German language marketing campaigns and content is preferred.
- Understanding of the German scientific, industrial, pharmaceutical, academic, or materials characterization market would be advantageous.
