Purpose of Job

The Marketing Programmes Assistant ensures all administration related to Marketing Programmes, including Government Grants and Finance validations, is completed efficiently and accurately to ensure the Company is in full adherence with all Government requirements.

Requirements (Essential / Desirable)

Education:
Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience preferred.

Skills:

  • Business analysis, planning and data processing skills.
  • Numerate and PC literate.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be self-disciplined, self-motivated, and process-driven.
  • Must display a high standard of personal presentation.

Experience:

  • Automotive or regulatory experience beneficial.
  • Experience using AI to develop processes beneficial.
  • Organisation and maintenance of physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Familiarity with online form submissions and document uploads.

Main responsibilities/ Tasks

The following are the main tasks and the main responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing all administration processes for Electric Car Grant (ECG), Zero Emission Van Grant (ZEVG), Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Grant (WAVG), and any future Government grant schemes.
  • Manage all administrative communications to the UK dealership network in relation to Government Grants and support dealer query processing.
  • Develop internal processes to ensure full compliance with the Government Grant terms and conditions and mitigate future audit risks.
  • Monitor industry trends to deliver insightful analysis and reporting related to Government regulations and policy.
  • Manage internal applications for Government Grants, including employee ownership vehicles (ECOS), salary sacrifice, and PR vehicles.
  • Support internal reporting related to Marketing Programmes payments.
