Position Overview
The Marketing Programmes & Operations Lead owns the operational engine of the marketing function, ensuring that programmes, campaigns, systems, data and reporting processes are delivered efficiently and measured effectively. The role connects marketing activity to pipeline creation, revenue visibility and commercial outcomes while driving continuous improvement across marketing operations, reporting, automation and technology. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Partnerships and Client Services, this position plays a key role in building a scalable, data-driven marketing function that supports CIBT’s long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Programme Management
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing programmes.
- Manage campaign execution across digital, email, webinar, content and demand generation activities.
- Coordinate delivery across internal stakeholders, agencies and contractors.
- Ensure marketing programmes are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to commercial objectives.
- Maintain marketing delivery roadmaps and programme trackers.
Marketing Operations & Revenue Visibility
- Support the delivery and maintenance of marketing reporting, performance measurement and operational processes.
- Coordinate activities that improve visibility from marketing activity through to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Support implementation of agreed attribution methodologies, reporting standards and KPI frameworks.
- Work closely with Marketing, RevOps, Sales and Finance to ensure reporting accuracy and operational consistency.
- Maintain reporting documentation, governance processes and operational best practice.
- Support ongoing improvements in marketing visibility, reporting maturity and commercial insight.
CRM, Lifecycle & Marketing Automation
- Manage marketing operational processes within Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Support audience segmentation, lead routing, lifecycle management and nurture programmes.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and customer engagement.
- Ensure marketing data quality and process integrity across systems.
- Monitor campaign and programme performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.

Reporting & Performance Management
- Develop and maintain executive-level marketing dashboards and scorecards.
- Produce monthly KPI reporting and performance analysis.
- Monitor key funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, conversion and influenced revenue.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Support Board, SLT and investor reporting requirements.
Programme Governance & Delivery
- Coordinate delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and improvement programmes.
- Maintain project plans, action trackers, delivery roadmaps and stakeholder updates.
- Track progress against agreed objectives, milestones and deliverables.
- Identify risks, blockers and dependencies that may impact delivery.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Partnerships and Client Services.
- Ensure agreed actions are delivered effectively and within agreed timelines.
Website & Digital Performance
- Support website optimisation, conversion improvement and user journey analysis.
- Monitor website performance, lead generation effectiveness and engagement metrics.
- Work with technical partners to improve tracking, attribution and reporting capabilities.
- Coordinate implementation of website enhancement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Growth Initiatives
- Lead and support strategic marketing improvement projects.
- Coordinate activities across Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Finance and Client Services where required.
- Identify process improvement opportunities that improve efficiency and commercial outcomes.
- Support the implementation of new marketing technologies and operational capabilities.
