Project Manager – Marketing Consultancy
UK | Hybrid / Flexible Working
Liberty Hive is working on behalf of a global marketing consultancy to find a talented Project Manager to join their growing UK team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ project management experience who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple workstreams and getting stuck into a varied mix of client projects.
You’ll join a collaborative, supportive and high-performing global team that helps leading organisations improve the effectiveness of their marketing through projects spanning marketing operations, skills & capabilities, marketing technology and procurement.
The role
You’ll be responsible for helping to run a portfolio of client projects smoothly from end to end, working closely with consultants, clients and wider project teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects, timelines, deliverables and stakeholders from brief through to completion
- Supporting large-scale and high-profile pitches
- Coordinating workshops, agency onboarding and client activity
- Setting up and managing proprietary tools, including surveys, reporting and data validation
- Research, information gathering, presentation development, proofreading and project documentation
- Building strong client relationships, including spending time on-site and becoming embedded within client teams
- Supporting and developing more junior members of the team
- Helping identify opportunities to improve ways of working through AI and automation
- Owning the delivery and maintenance of a portfolio of bots/basic AI agents
- Translating business requirements into practical AI-enabled processes
- Supporting new business proposals and wider business initiatives

About you
We’re looking for someone who is bright, organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
You’ll ideally have:
- 2+ years’ experience managing projects end to end
- A Marketing, Digital or Communications degree or equivalent practical experience
- A good understanding of marketing and a genuine desire to develop your knowledge further
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- A proactive, hands-on approach – you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- The ability to work at pace, multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- An interest in AI, automation and new ways of working
- A collaborative, positive and pragmatic approach
- Plenty of initiative, curiosity and a can-do attitude
