WHY IS THIS ROLE WORTH A READ?

This role is an opportunity to get a head start in the world of business. Firstly, you will build an incredible network of senior executives at the world’s largest firms. HOW SO - WHAT DO YOU DO?

Seraph Science is a C-Suite Marketing company. We work with major tech brands such as Google, SAP and Cisco to help them implement highly effective C-Suite engagement strategies. Our expertise is based on research into the decision psychology of the C-Suite. By joining our team, you will develop a unique set of skills with a specialist firm in the field of B2B Marketing.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

It’s difficult to put a label on this role – it’s multi-faceted and varied. The complexity of the challenge means no two days are exactly the same, and no two projects either. It requires intellect, calmness under pressure and a desire to achieve. Being good with people and communication is also key. Here’s a breakdown of the key activities:

  • Managing projects from kick off to completion 18%
  • Researching latest insights and developing topics 14%
  • Managing your social engagement via LinkedIn outreach executives 31%
  • Analysing project performance and adjusting tactics 13%
  • Interviewing senior executives (phone and at events) 13%
  • Client relationship management and project reporting 11%

OK, WHAT ELSE?

You will receive training on our C-Suite Marketing Methodology. It’s a great opportunity to develop your consultancy skills early in your career. The basic salary starts at £27,000 on top of which you will receive a monthly bonus for project performance, which represents an OTE of £33,000 per annum. You will also have an opportunity for rapid progression and salary increases. We believe in growing from within – culture is very important to us, so we always look to promote rather than hire new management.

WHAT KIND OF PERSON IS GOOD AT THIS ROLE?

This role will suit you if you are intelligent, commercial and charismatic. Being a good team player is essential (collaboration is part of our DNA). It’s not right for you if you’re a pure B2C marketer. In fact, pure anything – physicians, chemists, mathematicians. You need to see the world holistically. It's also vital you can speak and write perfect English. A language such as French or German is also useful, but not a deal breaker.
