Marketing Project & Operations Manager — 3/6 Month Contract

Ready to sit at the heart of a global marketing transformation? We're looking for a Marketing Transformation & Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day coordination of high-impact transformation initiatives and keep a global content platform running like clockwork. Working hand-in-hand with the Programme Director, you'll be the connective tissue across multiple workstreams, supporting international markets, managing platform content, and making sure everything moves efficiently from idea to execution. This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who thrives on organisation, sweats the details, and communicates with clarity and confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day administration of our centralised content platform, uploading and organising assets, maintaining metadata and taxonomy, running quality checks, and keeping everything compliant and audit-ready.
  • Be the go-to operational contact for international markets using the platform, fielding queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training and onboarding to new users.
  • Keep projects moving, coordinating activities, tracking actions, and monitoring progress across internal and client workstreams, while organising workshops, meetings, and project reviews and flagging risks early.
  • Champion strong governance, writing and maintaining documentation, user guides, and SOPs, and helping test new platform features before they go live.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
