About the Role:

Our EMEA & APAC Creative & Operations team is the engine behind culturally resonant, commercially effective campaigns across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia — reaching millions of customers at the moments that matter most.

As Marketing Project Manager, you'll own the end-to-end workflow that turns briefs into delivered creative across digital design (including our owned channels) and performance marketing for the EMEA & APAC region. This is a delivery-critical, highly collaborative role at the intersection of creative production and performance marketing operations. You'll scope briefs, plan resource, schedule production, and keep design and performance workstreams moving — owning the creative roadmap, flagging risk early, and protecting both quality and timelines. This is a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) based in our London office and reports to the Senior Creative Project Manager.

You Will:

  • Own intake and triage of creative briefs across digital design, programmatic, and performance marketing — agreeing scope, timelines, and success criteria before work begins.
  • Build and maintain workback schedules and campaign roadmaps, sequencing design and performance workstreams to hit launch dates across all active EMEA & APAC markets.
  • Allocate designers, copywriters, and freelance/agency support against demand; forecast capacity and flag constraints before they become delivery risks.
  • Track assets end-to-end — brief, design, review, legal approval, localisation, and trafficking — in project management tooling (e.g. ClickUp), confirming specs, CTAs, UTMs, and platform requirements before anything goes live.
  • Coordinate delivery of performance marketing assets across paid social, paid search, display, and programmatic.
  • Act as the single point of contact between creative, performance marketing, and regional stakeholders for all in-flight projects, communicating dates, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
  • Partner with creative leads, designers, and copywriters to translate business requirements into actionable, well-scoped briefs, and with growth marketing to align production with campaign flighting and media plans.
  • Coordinate with EMEA and APAC stakeholders on local requirements, approvals, and compliance needs.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors — sharing assets, confirming timelines, and running review cycles — and own the UGC workstream and agency relationship.
  • Maintain live status trackers, accurate documentation, and version control across all live projects.
  • Own the test-and-learn agenda: run retrospectives, capture learnings, and make sure they shape future briefs and creative development.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, resourcing gaps, and shifting priorities with structured thinking, escalating when trade-offs need leadership input.
  • Identify and bring in better workflow tools, templates, and processes that reduce rework — especially AI-assisted ones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
