Marketing Projects Manager

The Marketing Projects Manager plans and delivers fundraising, awareness and engagement campaigns that help grow support for the charity. They work with colleagues, agencies and partners to create impactful marketing activity, manage projects and improve campaign performance.

Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charity funds life-changing research, equipment and patient care initiatives, working alongside world-renowned heart and lung specialists to improve outcomes for patients and their families.

Description

  • Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated fundraising, brand and engagement campaigns.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects, budgets, timelines, agencies and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop audience-focused campaigns that drive supporter engagement, fundraising income and brand awareness.
  • Oversee campaign activity across digital, print, email, social media, events and partner channels.
  • Use audience insight, performance data and campaign reporting to optimise results and maximise ROI.
  • Lead relationships with creative, digital and production agencies to deliver high-quality marketing activity.
  • Manage and develop the Digital Marketing Officer, providing coaching, direction and performance support.
  • Champion compelling storytelling and ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand, compliance and organisational objectives.

Profile

  • Experienced in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, events and social channels.
  • Proven track record of running fundraising, supporter engagement and awareness campaigns that drive income and impact.
  • Strong project manager, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders, agencies, budgets and competing priorities.
  • Experience managing and developing team members, providing coaching, support and performance oversight.
  • Comfortable overseeing website content, CMS updates and digital marketing activity alongside broader campaign delivery.
  • Data-driven marketer with experience using analytics, audience insight and A/B testing to improve supporter journeys and conversions.
  • Excellent communicator and copywriter, able to create compelling content and tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Collaborative, organised and proactive, with experience working in charities, healthcare, NHS or other purpose-led organisations.
