Bring the buzz to Birmingham’s newest venue.

We’re looking for an energetic, creative and commercially minded Marketing & Promotions Manager to take ownership of marketing for Bonnie Rogues Birmingham.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine social media, live content creation, event promotion and local networking to drive footfall, build our community and create unforgettable guest experiences. If you love being where the action is rather than behind a desk, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead the venue’s marketing activity, ensuring every campaign drives engagement and commercial results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and scheduling engaging content across all social media channels.
  • Capturing live content during trading sessions, including reels, stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Managing audience engagement through social media and direct messaging.
  • Growing our email database and WhatsApp community.
  • Promoting venue events and driving ticket sales across multiple platforms.
  • Delivering exciting in-venue marketing campaigns and brand activations.
  • Building customer loyalty through data capture and guest engagement.
  • Recruiting, training and motivating a team of promotional staff and venue representatives.
  • Managing influencer partnerships and measuring campaign performance.
  • Developing relationships with local businesses, universities, student groups and sports teams.
  • Representing Bonnie Rogues at networking events and within the local community.
  • Planning and delivering a venue marketing calendar aligned with business objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
