Role Description
The Marketing Research Specialist is responsible for designing and conducting research to inform marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for Nebula’s clients. This part-time hybrid role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a combination of on-site collaboration and remote work from home.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning and executing market and customer research
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
- Translating insights into practical recommendations for marketing campaigns and content
- Preparing clear summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
- Supporting value proposition development
- Contributing evidence-based input to website copy, SEO content, and sales materials
The role involves collaborating closely with consultants, writers, and designers to ensure that marketing decisions are grounded in reliable data and meaningful customer insights.
Qualifications
- Strong Market Research and Research skills, including the ability to design studies, gather data from multiple sources, and synthesize findings.
- Proficiency in Quantitative Research and Analytical Skills to interpret data sets, identify trends, and produce actionable insights.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience applying research insights to marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and content development.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and technical or professional services environments is highly beneficial.
- Competence with common research and analytics tools (e.g., survey platforms, spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or basic statistical software).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a part-time, hybrid setting.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related field.
