MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE (Part Time leading to Full Time)
Green Apartments is seeking an ambitious and hardworking Marketing & Sales Executive at Manchester office to play a critical role in driving the company’s growth.
The right candidate will demonstrate:

As the Marketing & Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and executing marketing & sales strategies
- Working closely with the experienced Manchester-based team
- Collaborating directly with senior management to meet broader business objectives
- Taking full ownership of marketing projects and contributing to long-term company success
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the marketing department by implementing comprehensive marketing & sales strategies across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms
- Maximize property visibility and brand awareness to ensure high occupancy
- Develop innovative campaigns to engage target audiences and ensure strategy success
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance

Collaboration & Campaign Management:
- Work alongside Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing & sales strategies with growth objectives
- Attend key meetings and client events, and participate in property visits as required
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
- Create engaging digital content (graphics, images, videos) for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing & sales campaigns
- Manage SEO efforts, generate new campaign ideas, and track the performance of campaigns
- Develop client-facing materials such as business packs and project-related digital assets
Social Media & Online Presence:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Develop strategies to improve social media engagement and optimize content
- Oversee email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, manage the company website, and handle third-party online listings
Market Research & Digital Integration:
- Conduct market & sales research to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activity
- Lead digital integration projects such as CRM systems to streamline marketing processes
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Provide regular performance reports on marketing & sales activities and propose areas for improvement
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and sales trends and incorporate best practices into the marketing & sales strategy

Customer Services:
- Interacting with guests on front desk and over the phone
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the Hotel, Aparthotel, student accommodation or hospitality sector
- Strong design skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, and HubSpot
- Ability to manage Google Ads, SEO, and analytics to improve traffic and return on investment (ROI)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities within deadlines
- A creative problem solver with strategic thinking and leadership qualities
- Knowledge of CMS like Guesty and others. Further to that other pricing tools like PriceLab etc.
