What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for someone to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. You'll support our Sales & Marketing team to plan, deliver and optimise marketing activity across campaigns, events, content, social media, website and email channels. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help build awareness of the SMRS brand, engage target audiences and generate demand for our products and services.
You'll also:
- Support sales and marketing campaigns across email, social and digital channels
- Schedule and publish content across our social media channels
- Support the creation and promotion of blogs, research, webinars and case studies
- Help plan and coordinate events, webinars and speaking engagements
- Support HubSpot activity, including emails, forms and workflows
- Monitor and report on campaign, website and event performance
- Coordinate award submissions, accreditations and industry opportunities
- Respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely and professional way

Requirements
We're looking for someone who can support our Sales & Marketing team to deliver campaigns, events and communications. That means you'll need:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running
- Experience using marketing or CRM tools, ideally HubSpot or Canva
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of privacy regulations, such as GDPR
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
