Are you a commercially minded marketing professional who loves turning great campaigns into real business results?
We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead how Splendid Care is promoted, helping more families discover our homes while driving occupancy across our private rooms.
This is a unique opportunity to combine traditional marketing, digital marketing and sales in a role where you'll have a direct impact on the growth of our care division. From building our brand and strengthening our community presence to creating a robust sales pipeline, you'll play a key role in helping families find the right care for their loved ones.
📌 The Role
As Marketing & Sales Manager, you'll lead our marketing strategy and own the end-to-end journey from enquiry through to admission.
You'll be responsible for:
Marketing & Brand
- Developing and delivering local and divisional marketing campaigns across print, digital and community channels.
- Managing our websites, social media, online reputation and digital advertising.
- Building awareness through PR, local partnerships, events and community engagement.
Sales & Occupancy
- Owning and developing the private room sales pipeline.
- Creating a consistent CRM-led enquiry process to ensure every opportunity is followed up.
- Working closely with Home Managers to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Building strong referral relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, solicitors and other community partners.
- Using market insight and performance data to continually improve occupancy and return on investment.

👤 About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in both marketing and sales, across traditional and digital channels.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM-driven enquiry process, with a focus on conversion and commercial results.
- Experience within care, healthcare, hospitality, private education or another customer-focused service sector.
- A commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with families, communities and stakeholders.
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly between our care homes.
