Are you a commercially minded marketing professional who loves turning great campaigns into real business results?

We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead how Splendid Care is promoted, helping more families discover our homes while driving occupancy across our private rooms.

This is a unique opportunity to combine traditional marketing, digital marketing and sales in a role where you'll have a direct impact on the growth of our care division. From building our brand and strengthening our community presence to creating a robust sales pipeline, you'll play a key role in helping families find the right care for their loved ones.

📌 The Role

As Marketing & Sales Manager, you'll lead our marketing strategy and own the end-to-end journey from enquiry through to admission.

You'll be responsible for:

Marketing & Brand

  • Developing and delivering local and divisional marketing campaigns across print, digital and community channels.
  • Managing our websites, social media, online reputation and digital advertising.
  • Building awareness through PR, local partnerships, events and community engagement.

Sales & Occupancy

  • Owning and developing the private room sales pipeline.
  • Creating a consistent CRM-led enquiry process to ensure every opportunity is followed up.
  • Working closely with Home Managers to convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Building strong referral relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, solicitors and other community partners.
  • Using market insight and performance data to continually improve occupancy and return on investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
