Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the marketing lead for assigned priority service, solutions and/or therapeutic areas.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies and programs to grow assigned business or therapeutic areas utilizing omni-channel solutions including paid, owned, earned and internal channels.
  • Guide content strategy and narrative development for thought leadership, campaigns, and executive communications.
  • Partner with commercial and operations to deliver marketing initiatives that support Fortrea priorities.
  • Support analytics, testing, and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance and ROI in collaboration with the customer and market insights team.
  • Ensure marketing messaging and claims adhere to Fortrea editorial, legal and regulatory review processes.
  • Track KPIs and share insights with stakeholders to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, production timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks in support of the marketing team, and all other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in campaign testing, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Experience (Minimum Required):

  • Strong years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on healthcare, clinical research, or CRO environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline impact through strategic marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated success in executive communications and pursuit-specific marketing.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
  • Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.
  • Frequently stationery for 6-8 hours per day.
  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
  • Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
  • Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Varied hours may be required.
