Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of our brands beyond traditional packaged snacks into broader food and meal occasions by driving demand-led innovation.
- This role brings together consumer insight, brand strategy, and commercialisation to unlock growth opportunities across Ready-to-Eat, Ready-to-Cook and Away-from-Home channels — ensuring our brands remain relevant, distinctive and connected to evolving consumer needs.
- Identify consumer demand moments and unmet needs across meal occasions (in-home and out-of-home)
- Translate insights into clear strategic platforms for brand growth and expansion
- Define opportunities across Ready-to-Eat, Ready-to-Cook and Away-from-Home with a clear right-to-win for our brands
- Build future-facing, consumer-led brand extensions and sub-brand architecture
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and commercialise winning product solutions
- Ensure all innovation is scalable, commercially viable and aligned to consumer needs
- Lead the development of integrated, 360° communication strategies, adapting global assets for the UK market
- Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging aligned to strategy
- Lead Away-from-Home strategy and activation, delivering engaging and impactful brand experiences
- Develop an end-to-end playbook for consistent brand activation across channels and key events
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support execution and external sell-in
- Establish clear success metrics and track performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise impact

Qualifications

- Significant experience in consumer strategy, brand innovation, or marketing within FMCG or food & beverage
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver consumer-led innovation at scale
- Strong understanding of consumer insight, brand development and commercial delivery
- Experience working with Away-from-Home channels or brand activations is advantageous
- Strategic mindset with strong storytelling and influencing skills
- Passion for food, culture and driving brand relevance through innovation
