Description
Ready to lead campaigns that drive customer engagement, grow sales and bring the Mole Valley Farmers brand to life?
We're looking for a talented and commercially minded Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Retail Marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful marketing campaigns across one of the UK's leading agricultural and rural retail businesses. Working closely with Procurement, Retail Operations and stakeholders across the wider organisation, you'll turn commercial objectives into engaging campaigns that connect with customers, support our stores and deliver measurable results.
From seasonal promotions and product launches to multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, print, social media, PR and in-store activity, you'll be at the heart of bringing our marketing plans to life. Your work will directly influence customer engagement, footfall, sales performance and brand awareness across the business.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key projects, build strong relationships across the business and help shape the future direction of our retail marketing activity. If you're passionate about great marketing, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy seeing ideas turn into results, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
