About Phoam Labs

Phoam Labs is a US-based company currently launching in the UK. Our patented foam technology was developed in partnership with researchers at the University of Minnesota, with engineering and operations headquartered in Minneapolis and manufacturing based in Europe. We make the world's first compostable floral and display foam, plant-based, petrochemical-free, and TÜV certified. We're a small, fast-moving team building something genuinely new in a market that's ready for change.

The Role

We're looking for a junior marketing assistant to join our office, ideally someone with an interest in or knowledge of the flower industry, and a keen understanding of the social media landscape, particularly TikTok. We're seeking someone who's excited to get stuck into startup life across social media, content, and operations, documenting the user experience and creativity of the people and businesses we work with along the way. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow with a young company and help shape a brand from the ground up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
